I'm in the process to create a two yrs lease for my rental property. Can I put a clause somewhere - If the Landlord needs to sell the property, the advanced 60 days notice will be provided to Tenant for Eviction. Thanks!

I think the best thing to do for this would be to have an addendum that the tenant can sign so that it is not looked over.
