The 14 day quit letter for non payment of rent has a section at the end of the letter about delivery method. Do I leave that on their when send it certified and leave at the premises or do I cut this off for my records? sorry never had to do this before. Thanks!!

I would fill it out and keep a copy for your records, and keep it on the letter for the tenants records too. I think you can write in the delivery method and tracking number before sending it.
