Ive been having a few issues with my tenants and i also found out that she has a current warrant for her arrest. Am i obligated to report where she lives? Do i mention it to them in a notice? Thanks in advance

If there is a warrant out for arrest and you know that you are housing this person you may want to report them to the authorities. If you do not you may be held responsible as the landlord is knowingly housing a felon. Also to warn the tenant may be aiding in their fleeing the police.
