so I offered someone to stay at one of apartment rent free for 4 to 5 month to get back on her feet. she's a friend of a friend and now that its been six month she won't move out and she's only offering to pay half the rent. also i made the mistake of not signing a lease with her. what do I have to do to evict her?

RE: eviction

A verbal contract is a lease so you can do an eviction just as if you went through an actually signed lease. You will need to send a notice to pay or quit then file the official eviction with the court.
