Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Hello,
We have no written agreement they said they would be out of my house by November 1st they are causing me un due stress,
My I hear that I can remove all my furniture even from the room I let them stay. I wanted to know if there was an legal implications to this, since it is my furniture. Or am I obligated to let them use it while they are being evicted?
thanks much

RE: Need help moveingout sub letters
If it is a room in your house that you are renting and you live in the house I do believe that you can remove the furniture. However, while you are doing so be sure to not throw away any personal belongings they do have the right to pick them up for 30 day usually from the date they must move out. If you remove personal belonging you must store it for this amount of time.
