Landlord Question and Answer Forum
In the State of NC is it required that the late notices and/or eviction notices , have an actual physical address for the management company in order to be valid , if we have to go to court to evict a tenant?

RE: Late Notice and Eviction Notice
I don't think that it is regulated as for the actual address to be stated. For the landlords safety P.O. Boxes are often used and that would not be required to be stated. Check with an attorney on this one they should be able to give you free advice directly and would know the simple answer.
