Good day
With reference to the renewal of a lease for the same tenant I had last year and am using ezlandlord for the lease, instead of Remax whom I had last year.
Since I am unable to be at the property during the renewal and would be overseas, I would not be able to inspect the property prior to the new lease.
My tenant has paid on time and mentioned orally that the property has been in good condition. I do not doubt her, but want to find out what should I state in the new lease to state that the property was not inspected at the end of the current lease next month.

I would just write a new lease if you are using a new service and keep the rest of them the same from here on out. Of course there are always circumstances that may cause changes.

How much advanced notice in NYC is required for intent of non-renewal tenancy. Unregulated apt. 1 year lease modified to month to month. lease have standard clause" at end of term" tenant must leave apt. clean and good condition and give keys>>>>>>>.....................
I believe Hon Judge Badillo supervising judge Civil Court /Housing Court has addressed this issue ,but I can't locate his decision in case law or RPAPL
