Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / Getting rent voucher
How should I go about accepting a rent voucher for last due rent? It may take several weeks.

RE: Getting rent voucher
Check the rent voucher and retain a copy of it and draw up and agreement to receive a rent voucher by sos and so date. Also if it is through HUD contact them directly to make sure that everything is in order and that the tenants is covered for the payment.
