Can you request late fees on the official pay or quit notice to the tenant? (California)

RE: Late fees on Pay or Quit Notice
Yes the notice to pay or quit can be stated that they must pay all monies owed in full or the contract is terminated and they must leave the property. This really is the first step to the eviction. Once they do not pay or leave file your eviction so that you can easily start the process.
