is possible to send a eviction notice when they do not pay the water bill on time ,these tenantes since they move in they always late
on rent plus the water bill my question is can i take to court for be late all the time they pay late fee only one time,am tired of these

You can choose to evict on just one unpaid payment if need be. If they are late often and you have a record of unpaid payments you will have enough proof that eviction was necessary and fair. You can also charge for any fees that you may have incurred from the Water company for late or unpaid bills.
