The 1 year lease just end, but she doesn't want to move out, can I go and just take possession. Or do I need to evict the tenant?

You do need to officially file forms. Do not change locks or clear out belongings until the proper notification is given. Unfortunately all laws seem to fortune the tenant almost unfairly. Give them a notice to leave and file eviction paperwork with your local court. Sometimes the notice will be enough to have them move out rather than spend time and money in court. If there is a clause in your lease that the lease auto renews, you must give them 30 notice to vacate.
