Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am not sure what to do--- the tenant is renting a room in my home. She has used more than her fair share of utilities and has yet to pay for them. she has lived here more than 6 months.
I have asked that she move out but she thinks 4 days notice is unreasonable, even though she has only paid me half of the rent and has NOT paid for utilities!!!! I want her out.
What can I do???
I am in Washington state.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

RE: Tenant renting room will not leave-- has only paid half rent this month . How can I evict her?
You must give 30 days notice? If you are evicting them you must make sure with you local court the exact process.
