IF I serve a 30 day eviction and the tenant has not moved out, can I change the locks and have them removed by the police? Or will they get to stay there for free until we go to court?

Do not what so ever change the locks unfortunately that is a big No No. If you file the eviction process and have everything in order it should happen quicker than you think that you will be able to get possession of the property back. If you do need something done immediately. Notify the police and always check with your local municipality for advice, as rules vary from town to town.
