Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Our landlord has just informed us that she will be renting the property out for hunting this fall. When we moved in there was a strict rule that no one except my husband was allowed to hunt. It was not put on the lease but it was verbally agreed upon. Is she allowed to do this? We use the land and woods quite often to walk our dog and harvest firewood, what can we do stop this?

RE: Hunting
It is a tricky situation because you do not have anything written to prove her statement. The best way to a successful tenancy is to have good communication. Explain to her your concerns and needs.
