Landlord Question and Answer Forum
My agreement with my tenant includes tenant pays all utilities. Should I also include sewer? I get this bill once a qtr @ $45. Per qtr or does the landlord generally pay for this?

It is really up to you. There are no rent control or stabilization laws in PA, so it is your choice.
