Landlord Question and Answer Forum

I am going through the processing of listing my property and putting together a lease for the first time. My wife and I both own the property that we will be renting. Do I need to list both of us as landlords on the lease or is it sufficient to only list myself? The property is in FL.

If you both are the landlords I would list both you and your wife.
