Im in Oregon and have a tenent under a 2 year signed lease. Is it true they can get out of a 2 year lease with just 30 days notice and no penelties for breaking the lease early? What is the point to signing a longer team lease in the first place if that is correct? Let me know if this is correct. Thank you. Johnny
