Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am in process of doing a rental lease with a gentleman that has an adult daughter living with him. Do I need to have her also sign the rental lease and why? Thank you.

RE: Adult child living with father
Any person living in my property, above the age of 18 is on the lease. Each tenant is held accountable, bottom line. If they are under the age of 18, they are still listed... but as an occupant.
