Hello, I am renewing a rental lease for my Massachusetts condo. I was wondering if I am legally able to require for the tenant to use the Automatic Withdrawal option only to pay for his rent each month. If so, do you know where that legal verbiage is located?

I am not quite sure if you may demand this. You may be able to possibly if your tenant has previously paid late, but as far as demanding this type of payment, I am not sure.
