i have a tenant who had a domestic dispute with her husband, no contact order in effect do i need to send both of them a three day notice to quit or just one i do not know where he is Thanks Linda

I would send it to both, and save documentation of such.

the notice was for non payment of rent (not dosmetic abuse just to clarify that) i was not sure where he was because of a no contact order in place. Thanks i found both of them and they both signed it. I appreciate the advise LINDA
