Simply put - yes! However, you want to replace it with a similar unit.-----Disclaimer: Since I’ve been answering a lot of questions, I thought I would make the following statement. Yes they are considered as damage but you don't worry i know <a href="http://www.doorboy.com/commercial.html">garage door openers installation</a> company which can repair your garage door with reasonable cost
