I am in the process of renewing a one year lease agreement. The original lease included a security deposit of $1,295.00 which was previously paid. The renewal lease should show the amount of monthly rent ($1,350.00) due for signing and not the amount of the security deposit. However, the renewed lease should note that it was previously paid. How can I do that????

I would write it in text, I am not sure if you are using this website's lease, but I am almost positive they have a section where you can add custom text.
