what rates should i charge for renting houses and apartments weekly, furnished with utilities paid to oil workers about to start moving into town for the oil boom? should i charge a deposit? and what should it be? i have no idea how to go about this but feel it is the best way to do so and make a little bit of money.

If this is your 1st time, you reeeeeeeally need to think it thru. Check you local paper for rents and State/Local agency for laws.
