I'm putting my procedures manual together and need to know if I have to disclose that a tenant has been murdered, committed suicide, or just died in that property. If so, how long and to what degree of detail. Thankfully this hasn't happened just want to have it in the manual so I'm prepared. This is probably a state specific issue and all my properties are in Indiana. thanks for you help.

Jeremy, hmmm I have never heard of such a disclocure. You may want to contact your local housing department.
