RE: reasonable entry
Landlords shall give tenants at least 24 hours notice of their intent to enter the premises, except for cases of emergency or if it's impracticable to do so.

RE: reasonable entry
So i gave my tenants more than 24 hours notice. It was for some minor maintenance. I told them it would be the 10th 11th or 12th. The tenants did not need to be there and I couldnt be sure which day i would be able to go. They said i had to tell them an exact day. I thought as long as i told them in advance and gave them a time frame then i was fine.
