I sent my Tenant a certified letter, which he failed to retrieve from the post office after two attemps on their part to deliver it. I have tried calling him, and he is not returning my calls. Our new lease was supposed to renew on the 1st of January, and I have not recieved the Lease from him yet. I don't know what I should do. Has anyone else here had this happen to them? We have had this renter since 2009, so he isn't new. I just don't know what I should do.
