I have a tenant that I sent a letter telling her that in 90 days her lease was terminating and that I was not going to renew her lease. So she has to move out by the end of the lease. My question is; Dose she have to continue paying the rent until her lease ends?

Yes she does, and if she doesn't you can secure a judgment against her for the unpaid rent by taking her to rent court.
