I have a tenant that I gave a 24 hour notice to shes looks at the time and yells 248 pm i put on the notice we would be there around noon so she going by the 2 hour differants she is a real pain in the butt.... and allways yelling at us i really think she is not happy with her life.... so any input of how to deal with someone like this? thanks

You don't need her permission to enter your property, you just need to give her advance notice that you're entering. I would also not renew her lease agreement, when it expires, if she's so difficult to work with. Tenants like that will burn you at their first opportunity.
