Yes, but I recommend hand-delivering it or posting a copy on the leased property's door, because it saves you the extra 3 days.

It is my understanding that if they have agreed in thier lease to accept notifications by email, mail and or hand delivery then email is sufficient. Is this an incorrect assumption?
