Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I trying to sell a partially built house. Exterior walls, windows, roof, gutters are in. Inside is just studs, no plumbing, no septic, no driveway so on. I've been offered a deal for a lease to own contract where they finish the house (he's a contractor). I'm still debating this offer (small pool of buyers for this situation) I'm looking for a good contract to look over. Anybody have any thoughts on where to find one for this situation are what things I should make sure is in the contract?

RE: Parially built house
For the form itself, this site has one. Create a lease, and in Step 10 select that there's an option to purchase, and enter the price. You can also write in a detailed description in the open text box in Step 9, with all the details of timelines, work standards, etc. As for whether you SHOULD do this deal, it just comes down to the numbers themselves, but it sounds like a reasonable deal to me as long as the numbers work.
