Hi landlord community, I inherit a no lease month 2 month open space land from the previous seller in San Jose, California This open space are in between the two duplex Renter has been using this open space as storage of his junk old cars (all have not running). He also use the space to temporary store some of his stuff from his other yard. Over the time the land attracts rats and mouse. I want to send 30 days notice to terminate his verbal lease as it becomes a nuance to my other tenants of the two duplexes. I don't think the usual strict California tenant would not applicable here, but I could not find any form to use for this special case. Do you have any insights, suggestions? Thanks. Peter
