We've both signed.
It's a clause prohibiting weapons. I've had it on other leases and I just forgot to add it (or assumed it would carry over from the template.
I guess I will just ask the tenant to sign it when they arrive (out of state), but I realize now they're from a military family and might very well have weapons. I just don't want them in my house.
Thoughts?

No weapons would be tough I have thousands of items that could be used as weapons in my house, knives, hammers, axes, pens, forks, a vase, saws, screwdrivers, it just goes on and on.
Kind of to late now, you could try doing an amendment requiring any firearms be kept in a safe.
