Hi! I have a tenent that wants to turn our rental into a short term rental.
So Guess I would be his landlord and then he would be the landlord of the people he brings in? What paperwork would a I need to do to cover myself and my rental. I want him
To follow my rules, will he have to or just do what he wants to do? I’m
Real unsure about this any helpful

As a rule, I don't allow sub-lets as I lose the ability to screen the tenants and and problems between the sub-let tenant and my existing tenants can be an issue. But, if you still want to, I would tell the tenant that you need to review and approve the lease first.
