Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Hi ,
I have a question on sending notice to my tenant on early termination. My tenant moved out without giving a notice as per lease agreement by breaking leasing agreement.Tenant didn't give me future communication mailing address.
So , i had tenant gmail and as well as tenant's work email address. Is it ok to send a notice of early termination fee to tenant's work email address ? The tenant is telling me that this is a violation and i shouldn't send any notice to tenant's work email address.
Please advise. This is in GA.
Thanks in advance.

RE: Tenant Email communication
Is there a lease break fee in the lease? You should charge them for any lost rent while it's vacant.
