This is a lease in Wisconsin. Lease written an d signed 1 Mar 21 with a monthly pet fee in the lease. On 2 Jul 21 tenant says that his dog is now living with his girlfriend who lives in another town. But also stated the dog will travel with the girlfriend to visit tenant on his weekends off. What is the legal action that I can pursue as a landlord.
