Hi, I have a month to month lease with 90 days notice, my tenant gave me notice yesterday to end the lease for the middle of Nov. can he leave middle of the month?

He can leave whenever he wants to. But he would be responsible for Nov. rent in full.

Sure. The lease only ends the day when the contract stops. If the contract (lease) start date is in the middle of a month, then the end date is in the middle of the month.
