Asking rebate to vacate property

My tenant has been renting for 6 years and is now on month-to-month rent agreement. They pay on time every month; however, I am planning to move into the property. Can I ask tenant to move out during this he pandemic? I plan to give 90 days notice for tenant to find a place. Am I legally obligated to give tenant money to relocate?
