I need an advise please !My tenant died and was found later after 3 weeks by friends .To clean the place from odor and vacant the furniture cost me over$1100 which next to kin has or don’t want to pay. The lease will end 9/31/2020 . Does Ca law oblige the survivors pay the expenses? What should I do? Thank you
