I have a tenant who signed a lease agreement a month ago. Now they want to move another individual into the premise and have their name added to the lease. Do i have to start all over with a new lease or can i add an addendum adding the new tenant to the lease?

I'd just do a new lease make sure to use a roommate addendum they have one on this website. I would also increase the rent $100-$200 a month to cover the extra ware and tear another person will cause.
