I have had a very good Tennant who just started her 2nd year lease. She would like a good friend to move in which would help with the expenses. No problem with the amount of living space. I want to put him on the lease but still have her the main person, in other words if it didn't work out she could ask him to leave. I am having her friend fill out an application and screening. Any suggestions on how this can be done legally. Basically I would be allowing her to have a room mate, but have that room mate liable for when he is living there by having him on the lease. Should I just right up an agreement with here instead of putting him on the lease? Suggestions please
