Landlord Question and Answer Forum
My wonderful tenants of six years are buying a new house set to close April 28 and will move out then.
I have new renters ready to move in May 1. Yay me, no downtime!
But if for some reason real estate inspections and closings get delayed, the current tenants might not be able to move into their new house and could have no place to go.
But of course, the new tenants will have signed a lease and will want to be moving in.
Any insights / suggestions on how to manage this?
