I have a property with 4 tenants on the lease. And one of the tenants needs to leave and I gave them permission to find a new person to take over/sublease there position. I pre screened the new tenant and all is well. What is the next step from here to do?

Create a "Mutual Termination of Lease Tenancy" form is on this site for the tenant leaving. Have all the tenants sign it. Have the new tenant sign the lease if you don't already have it use the roommate lease addendum have everyone stay sign it. .
