We have a good potential tenant. They own three guns (hunting, it's a rural area). There are no minors living at the house. They are happy to keep them in a locked space but I can't find any language for the lease. I come from a non-gun culture and am at a bit of a loss as to what to include in the lease. Any suggestions please?

Don't include anything. That way, all responsibility remains with the tenant.
