I AM FINDING THAT WHILE SOME FOLKS HAVE A LEGIT REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICE DOGS . WE ARE FINDING THAT ALOT OF PERSPECTIVE TENANTS ARE USING THE SERVICE DOG AS AN EXCUSE TO NOT PAY A PET DEPOSIT .
WHAT CAN WE DO TO PREVENT THIS? TEXAS

RE: TEXAS SERVICE DOG LAWS
Tell them "No pet deposit, no lease.". You are under no obligation to waive the fee for any reason.
