Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am offering a new lease to the current tenants but will need to increase the rent on the new lease. Am I required to give them a rental increase letter?

RE: Rental Increase
Hello, You're not "required" as the tenant is expected to read and understand before signing but I always point this item out just to be safe.
