Hi, my tenant says she is leave our lease if up Oct. 31st, she says she’s leavening the 18th of Nov. without paying rent for Nov. I want to show the house this coming weekend an want to ensure I don’t get hipped out of Nov. rent What should i do first? Thank You

Make sure to get move out in writing! Is this tenant breaking the lease early? If so, i believe they are responsible for the rent for the full term or until the landlord finds a new tenant. Also, did this tenant give proper notice?
