In Pennsylvania, when does a guest become a tenant? (i.e, in a 6 month visit, how many days can an adult guest stay before being required to be added to the lease).

I usually set this up in my lease by using the Guest Policy. I give them 14 consecutive days, but most landlords i think, give way less.
