Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a tenant (actually never moved into the property) that has now allowed her adult daughter and her fiancé to move onto the premise. I have tried in vain to get the necessary background checks and credit checks but the daughter does not work and the fiancé is illegal.
I am preparing a violation.
Any thoughts or guidance form any landlords in AZ?
