My tenants MD were in the process of buying a house and requested early termination of the lease that ends in March 2019. We established guidelines for early termination with addendum to lease for early termination. They planned to leave at the end of August but now they did not receive financing and need to stay in my rental property. Should I or do I need to draft a redaction of the early termination addendum? Please advise
