NC has Community Link. They subsidize rentals for disabled folks. The lease needs to state I cannot evict them due to non payment. Has anyone heard of that? Any issues?

Never heard of that what happens if they lose the subsidy after the first month and then they don't pay you? Wouldn't you be stuck with them for the next 11 months? Can you do a month to month lease then if they don't pay you you just don't renew for the next month.
